The Dux Ethos is to provide an attention to detail approach to all of its services, to maintain the continuous face of high rise residential apartment living in Melbourne and Perth, ensuring a seamless integration between resident, Owners Corporation and personnel. Founded in 2005, by Ozker O’Connell, its Managing Director, the company has spent the last 5 years investing in its personnel and training aspects of its team from relief Building Managers, through to its Concierge team and front desk reception teams. Dux has built some strong relationships within the Business Community and are able to bring to your company or building a one stop package.

Dux is a completely independent body that can provide either full or part services depending on your brief and budget. We provide complete flexibility in how each party wishes to work with Dux. We have strong relationships with Strata Managers which are vital in providing a full 360 service for developers. This allows us complete freedom in developing a specified strategy in managing your building without influence or bias. Dux started as a concierge company aimed at luxury high end developments and today, this attention to detail ethos still remains throughout the company whether we are catering for a smaller, more boutique environment right though to the high end of the luxury market.
