Having a Dux Concierge to welcome you and your guests at home is just like having your own front desk staff at a luxury hotel. An onsite Concierge is equipped with relevant information about your property, is able to manage your visitors’ registration and can implement Operating Procedures. All Dux Concierge staff are kept trained in the artistry of courteous and accommodating service. They are always ready to assist you wherever possible by organising dinner reservations, personal services, event planning or just about anything else you may need. Many of our staff have been with Dux for some years and are regarded as the best in the business. Concierge Services have become in the last 10 years more and more prevalent in Australia’s High Rise Residential Apartments following the lead of large American and European apartments that require that special touch. Night ConciergeReal alternative to a Security Officer After hours the night staff gets busy with patrols consisting of checking fire doors, stairs, car parks, towers and externals of the building. The checking of fire cupboards and stairwells ensuring fire equipment is in working order, hoses not leaking and equipment not obstructed. A Night Concierge can keep all common areas tidy; this includes returning weights, mats and machines in the gym to original positions. Additional checks of pool area (pool testing if required) pool temperature, PH balance, filters and adjusting of all pool area furniture back to original position. Regular car park checks are a feature of our business. Car park entry doors, checking all moving parts on gates to report wearing spots and maintenance issues that may require monitoring by building management. Testing of entry and exit swipe reader points, noting all anomalies and reporting to building management. These pre-emptive measure can prevent finding out about security breaches too late and is instrumently in Asset Manaegment and security. Each Night Concierge completes floor by floor checks of the building, top to basement. All areas that need attention are noted in an inspection sheet, some where possible are tended to at the time of discovery. Night staff are experienced in handling noise complaints between residents. All matters are documented on logs and an incident form completed, and then issued to the appropriate department with CCTV footage if applicable. Dux Night Concierge is a very real and practical alternative to a security officer to protect and supervise your building after hours with back up security able to be onsite within 15 minutes if required.
