Since then, as a resident owner, in my role on the Owners Corporation Committee and more recently as the acting Chairman for the Owners Corporations Committee I have come to know Ozker very well.
Ozker and his team are always impeccably groomed and all have a courteous, helpful and cheerful disposition, which is a credit to Ozker and his exacting standards. Dux Building Management Service also provide 24/7 security services to the Yve Apartments, which includes ensuring that behavior of the residents and visitors is consistent with the high standards expected at Yve.

" It has been a pleasure as a resident of the “YVE” complex, to observe the Dux Building Management team in action over the last year or so. Ozker O’Connell and his team constantly perform their duties extremely well, in the most pleasant and efficient manner. Ozker’s management talent becomes obvious, when a raw concierge is in a matter of weeks moulded into the team. The uniformity, reliability, friendliness and desire to serve evolves in each employee. I have lived in the building over 2 years and have always found the desk staff so kind and helpful to me especially since my health has detiriated.
